Eyre Engineering, LLC remains current with the all the latest local and National codes attending Life Safety Seminars on a yearly basis.  The principals of Eyre Engineering, LLC are always in constant contact with the Louisiana State Fire Marshal’s Office, the Department of Health and Human Resources and well as local city inspectors in various cities.  This office has a good and strong relationship with these agencies and works hand in hand on projects until their respective completion.

Eyre Engineering, LLC is currently one of a select number of engineering firms that have the “Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) On-Call Architectural & Engineering Consultant Services” Contract for the East Baton Rouge Parish School System. This firm is very familiar with renovation projects and especially understands the need for comprehensive field investigation to verify existing conditions when designing these types of projects.

Eyre Engineering, LLC is responsible for all design calculations, construction document preparation and construction observation of all project types under tight design criteria and tolerances, including temperature, humidity control, special filtration systems, hazardous environmental conditions and energy management criteria required by special systems, codes and the requirements of a specific User Agency and/or Owner.  Specific experience includes but not limited to office building, schools, universities, multi-family, research facilities, hospitals, factories, industrial applications, pressurized control rooms, negative air control situations (isolation rooms, intensive care facilities, clean rooms, etc.), laboratories, institutional and correctional facilities.

Construction administration is an important part of the work services performed and provided by Eyre Engineering, LLC.  Construction administrators and engineers with Eyre Engineering, LLC regularly visits project sites to ensure that work being performed is being completed in accordance with the mechanical contract documents.
